Ingredients to make muttai kulambu | Egg drop gravy
- Egg – 4
- Onion – 1
- Tomato – 2
- Garlic – 10 pieces
- Dhaniya powder – 2 1/2 spoon
- Coriander leaves
- Turmeric powder – 1/4 spoon
- Chilli powder – 1/2 spoon
Preparation steps to making muttai kulambu:
Add the 3 eggs in one bowl and pour the water and boil the egg for 20 minutes. then after 10 minutes take the boiled egg and remove the eggshell completely after, chop the egg in vertical angel.
Chop the onion and tomato and remove the garlic peel and wash it completely. Take the frying pan and keep it on the stove ( we recommended big size deep depth frying pan to cook this recipe ) and pour the oil then, add the cleaned garlic and onion, after the onion gets the reddish color to add the tomato in the frying pan.

Then add the custom masala, dhaniya powder, chilli powder, turmeric powder and pour some little bit of water into the pan. after this step pour the non boiled egg in the pan and mix it well. then also add a sliced boiled egg into the pan. wait for 10 minutes.
Finally, the egg gravy was ready, you may add the coriander leaves in the recipe for decoration and for professional fragrance.
