Ingredients to make mushroom chukka | தேவையான பொருட்கள்
- Mushroom -200 gram
- Ginger and garlic paste
- Red chilli powder
- ROASTED GRAM OR UDAITHA KADALAI
- Anise சோம்பு 1 spoon
- Curry leaves
- Additional preparation: கூடுதல் செய்முறை:
- Make an Anise powder by slicing into a mixer grinder.
- Make sure you have a tomato and soya ketchup.
- Chop the onion into small pieces.
- If you want to add gram masala, add it.
Steps to prepare mushroom chukka | காளான் சுக்கா செய்முறை :
Take a big size pan and add oil, Anise, curry leaves then fry it slowly. Then add the onion and ginger and galic paste into the pan. cook for some minutes. After that, put the mushroom along with a salt and cook for atleast 10 minutes.
Then, add the red chilli powder into the mushromm and mix it well untill the mushroom smell is end it of. Cook for some minutes in medium heat.
Now, you have to add tomato and soya sauce in the mushroom for sweet and colorful delight. Finally, add the roasted sea powder into the mushroom. Cook for some minutes. Close the lid of the pan and reduce your stove heat.
Almost over, now your tasty mushroom chukka is ready to serve. According to my ingredient quantity, it would serve up to 3 people.
