Ingredients to prepare paneer 65 fry

  • Paneer – 200 gram
  • Corn flour powder – 4 spoon
  • Rice powder – 2 spoon
  • Turmeric powder
  • Gram masala
  • Red chilli powder
  • Ginger and garlic paste
  • Curry leaves
  • Salt
  • Oil
  • Lime juice

Steps to prepare paneer 65 fry

STEP 1: First, take a bowl and pour turmeric powder, rice powder, cornflour powder, gram masala and make it into a paste. Then add also the Ginger and garlic paste, red chilli powder, curry leaves.

STEP 2: Then add salt, lime juice and some quantity of water. After the preparation of the paste, slice or chop the panner into small pieces and apply the paste in the paneer. Wait for 10 to 15 minutes.

STEP 3: After 10 minutes, Take a frying pan and pour the oil, Then heat up the pan in the medium heat.

STEP 4: Now put the masala applied panner into the oil and fry the panner. Don’t make your stove in overheat because, it will Be Scorched.
