Ingredients to prepare cauliflower biryani
- Basmathi rice – 1 cup
- Onion – 2
- Cauliflower -1
- green chili
- Solid curd – 1/4
- Oil 3 tablespoon
- Coconut ( rubbed) – tablespoon
- Dhaniya, Seerakam – 1/4 tablespoon
- Cashew net
- Karam masala
- Curry leaves
- Mustard seeds
- coriander leaves
- turmeric powder
- Asafoetida powder
Procedure to make Cauliflower biryani:
Wash the basmati rice in freshwater and cut the onion into big slices along with cut the cauliflower into small pieces. Take the big size pan and keep it on a stove in medium warm and put the Mustard seeds into the pan, After mustard seeds bake add the Green chilli, Asafoetida powder, Cashew net, Curry leaves and mix it well. add the onion and cauliflower in the pan.
Take out the wastewater in the rice and add it to the preparing pan and add 2 cups of boiled water with hot and salt and turmeric powder. then if you do like this the substance will again boil and put the curd, masala podi, seerakam.
keep the stove slow and tight the pan briefly because the heat must stay inside the cooking pan and wait for just 30 minutes. at last, add the coconut and coriander leaves in the biryani and decorate it. If you want to add extra spices in the recipes? Yes, you can add it like biryani masala, happimma mix, aginamotto, etc, if you want a less spicy for the children add some extra ghee on it.
