Ingredients to prepare a chicken fry:

  1. 1 kg chicken or 1/2 kg of chicken
  2. Curd 2 or 3 spoons
  3. Chicken masala or Other chicken masalas
  4. 1 Egg
  5. Salt
  6. Turmeric powder 1/2 spoon
  7. 1 spoon of all-purpose flour powder


First, take a plate and add chicken masala, flour powder, salt, curd, turmeric powder, egg without yellow substances and mix it well for 2 minutes, then take the chicken and apply the prepared chicken masala into the chicken pieces. apply it well without leaving any specified gap in between that. keep the prepared chicken for 30 to 1 hour in a fridge or normal place because, if we keep dry for 30 mins the chicken will absorb the masala into his pores.
After 30 minutes take a big fry pan and pour the oil on it. remain it keep the stove for medium heat because then only the chicken will become smooth and tasty. take the chicken one by one and put into the oil slowly it will be prepared. just wait for 10 mins to change the color of the chicken, after that it will become a reddish color. take the chicken and keep it in the oil-absorbing pan then the existing oil will excess in the chicken to the pan. finally, the crispy chicken will ready.
FINAL TOUCH: Take the fried chicken and keep it in the plate. apply the lime juice on it. if you like to decorate the chicken then you can split the coriander leaves on it.
