Ingredients to prepare aloo Dum:

Include the readied tomato puree, mix well and cook on a medium fire for two to three minutes, while mixing consistently. include the salt, sugar and crisp cream, mix well and cook on a medium fire for another one to a pair of minutes. include the coriander and cook a medium fire for one more and more moment. include the cooked potatoes and cook on a medium fire for one to 2 minutes. enhancement with coriander and serve hot with naan or parathas.
