  • A cup of milk – 1/2
  • Eggs – 2
  • Cornflower powder – 2 cups
  • Salt – 2 spoons
  • Fresh black pepper
  • Paprika – 3/2 spoon
  • Cayenne pepper – 1/4 spoon
  • Cube steak – 3
  • Kosher salt
  • Vegetable oil – 1/2 cups
  • Fresh butter – 1 spoon
    • Gravy:
    • A cup of milk – 3 or 4
    • Cornflower powder – 1/3 cups
    • Fresh black pepper
    • Salt
    • Sliced potatoes for serving

Make Chicken fried steak in 30 minutes

First of all, Mix the egg with milk and add black pepper, seasoned salt, flour powder, paprika, cayenne. in last add chicken sliced piece. While the grease is hot, pour the flour in the grease and mix it well then it will become a golden brown gravy. you can also add some little bit extra flour in the grease wheater it looks lover greasy. keep cooking the recipe until it transforms a golden brown colour.

Add the milk, salt, black pepper for better taste. Cook slowly until the gravy has the perfect colour and thick for 2 to 10 minutes. if you want the gravy thickly, then add some extra milk in the gravy.
