Ingredients for chilli chicken preparation:
- Corn flour powder: 1/4 cup
- Egg – 1
- Garlic paste – 1/2 spoon
- Ginger paste – 1/2 spoon
- Onion – 2
- Vinegar – 2 spoon
- Soya sauce – 1 spoon
- Green chilli – 2 ( sliced and washed without seeds)
- Water ( own quantity)
To prepare the chilli chicken recipe :
Take the Cornflour powder, egg, salt, garlic paste and ginger paste, water and mix it well. Take one big size pan and keep it on the stove, then pour the oil. Put the chicken piece in the oil and fry deeply. Take the chicken from the oil and keep the oil in separate. Again drop 2 spoons of oil in the pan to fry the chicken pieces and cook the onion until it became into goldish colour. then fry the green chilli deeply with slow heat.
After, that add a soya sauce, vinegar, fried chicken pieces in the frying pan. don’t forget to add some extra water because I would give a gravy look. then if you want to have the chicken in dry, then add a small amount of water in that.
Good thing! now the tasty boneless chilli chicken is ready to serve. please follow these instructions to get the real taste. Someone likes to eat this in sweet flavour so don’t confuse your mind, add some tomato sauce to get the sweet flavour. for spicy add some chilli sauce.
