Chicken masala roast is a sidedish variety of food in India. There are many varieties of chicken recipes in India then, all the country but in our country chicken recipe is always is a traditional type of recipe because in abroad counties they will prepare a chicken by some other style with or without masala either or not. Indian peoples will always prepare chicken with spicy different types of masalas. Ingredients for chicken masala roast
Chicken 1/2 kg
Curd – 1 cup or 3 spoons
Red chilli = 13 ( please check the chilli whether it is very spicy)
Cardimon – 3
Biryani spices -1
Cardamom – 4
Turmeric powder – 1/2
Preparation method for chicken masala roast
Soak the red chilli into the water, later slice the turmeric powder, red chilli, cardamom (ellakai), cardamon, biryani spices and make into the clear paste. Take one bowl and fill the curd of 1/4 quantity and add the existing grained paste into the curd and mix the certain particle slowly. Add the chicken into the paste and soak it for 3 hours. Wait for a couple of hours.
Place the frying pan on the gas stove and heat the pan then pour the oil and wait for some minutes. Add the chicken prepared in the previous step and fry slowly on medium heat. Make sure you have to monitor the chicken in full concentrate because it will become Scorched.
