Advance Happy Diwali to you, my friends, This week we are updated only Diwali sweet recipes in realtime. Previously we showed how to prepare Diwali rasagulla, now is badusha recipe. Balushahi is one the Indian sweet recipe which peoples will eat in festival times and in good events.

Ingredients to make balushahi (badusha) sweet

  • Maida – 1cup
  • Sugar – 1 cup
  • Butter = 4spoon
  • Baking powder – 1 spoon
  • Baking soda – 1/4 spoon
  • Curd – 3 spoon

Steps to prepare balushahi (Badusha), sweet

Step 1: Add the maida, butter, baking powder, and soda and mash it into like chapati and poori flour. You must add some water while mashing the flour. Soak and wait for 10 minutes.

Step 2: For sugar syrup, Take one pan and add sugar and 1/2 cup water then boil it. After the sugar syrup becomes into good stage then add 1/4 spoon lime juice. Note: The sugar syrup does not become more solid.

Step 3: Now, Take a frying pan and pour the oil. Make the badusha flour into a rounded shape and in the center, it must have a hole or deep mid-Crater/ Dimple.

Step 4: After the oil gets heat. Drop the round shaped badusha flour into the oil and cook it.

Step 5: Finally take the cooked balushashi and put it into the sugar syrup for 10 minutes. Now the tasty badusha gets ready.
